Andrew Nunn – Director, Environmental Services & Site Contamination Auditor
is recognised in Australia as one of the most experienced and progressive professional’s in the environmental field.  Andrew is an EPA accredited Site Contamination Auditor and has significant experience in project managing and directing large assessment and remediation projects.  As one of only six South Australian based EPA accredited Site Contamination Auditors, it is considered that Andrew would provide a significant advantage to DTEI in any liaison capacity with regulatory bodies.  His professional experience includes the characterisation and management of a wide range of contaminant plumes, including arsenic, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, trichloroethene, organochlorine pesticides and petroleum hydrocarbons.  He has undertaken detailed groundwater assessments in a wide range of geological and hydrogeological settings both within South Australia and across Australia.  Andrew has a detailed understanding of the application of current guidelines, including monitored natural attenuation strategies for the long term management of groundwater contamination and can provide practical support for the application of the remediation to the extent necessary (RTEN) approach to contaminant management in conjunction with human health and ecological risk assessment.

Adrian Webber – Manager, Environmental Services is an experienced and pragmatic environmental engineer who recently became a Site Contamination Auditor under SA legislation.  Adrian is well versed in the project management and technical aspects of contaminated soil and groundwater investigations.  Adrian also has experience working for the Property Services Group of Transport SA and brings his understanding of DTEI requirements to the management of DTEI projects.  Adrian has significant experience in the assessment of human health and environmental risks associated with a range of contaminants.  Adrian has particular strengths in the areas of health risk assessment, project management, reporting and site remediation.

David Nunn is a Principal Hydrogeologist at S&G and has a broad range of experience in both regional and local hydrogeological investigations in a wide range of geological settings.  His experience includes groundwater contamination investigations, investigations and assessment relating to the statutory auditing of land, numerical modelling of groundwater and contaminant processes, groundwater resource development, groundwater salinity and groundwater quality protection issues.  David has experience of a broad range of contaminated sites with projects involving salinity, nutrients, heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbons and chlorinated solvents.

Zoee Dolling is a Principal Environmental Engineer with experience in the assessment and management of site contamination.   Zoee is well respected in the Adelaide market as an exceptional Project Manager and has a very good understanding of South Australian legislation and guidelines. Zoee has expertise in risk assessment and remediation and has undertaken a number of Detailed Risk Assessment within the new South Australian EPA framework for groundwater risk assessment and management for DTEI, and other large organisations. Zoee has also undertaken numerous other human health and environmental risk assessments for a range of chemicals including hydrocarbons, heavy metals and pesticides.

Richard Fassbender is S&G’s Remediation Technology and Design Specialist. Richard is an environmental chemist providing specialist support in the design and implementation of groundwater remediation systems and environmental chemistry.  Richard has over 20 years experience in environmental chemistry within industry and as a consultant.  He has been responsible for the design, construction, commissioning and operation of over 20 groundwater remediation systems installed by S&G.  These systems include a range of technologies to address hydrocarbon, heavy metal and pesticide contamination.

Nick Pannell – is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 10 years experience in contaminated sites investigation and remediation.  Nick has expertise in a wide range of site investigation and remediation techniques and is one of South Australia’s most experienced site engineers.  He has completed extensive drilling projects for a number of large companies and is trained and well practiced in implementation and compliance with stringent OH&S protocols.  Nick is has completed several soil and groundwater remediation system design, implementation, operation and maintenance programs at various sites across Australia.  Nick has managed environmental projects from investigation stages to remediation completion including contamination characterisation, remediation technology assessment, laboratory and field scale technology trials, Remediation Action Plan development, documentation and remediation implementation including monitoring and system performance assessment.  Nick is an experienced project manager with skills in reporting, data analysis and presentation, and remediation design and operation.
